1. Purpose of Visit

The scheduled service is intended to inspect, diagnose, and/or repair equipment previously purchased from or serviced by Aus Kitchen Pro.

2. User Error or No Fault Found

If our technician determines that:

  • The equipment is functioning normally, and no fault can be found; or

  • The issue is caused by user error, incorrect operation, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions,

then the service will not be covered under warranty.

3. Service Charges

In the event that the issue is determined to fall outside warranty coverage as described above, standard call-out and diagnostic charges will apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full.

4. Credit Card Pre-Authorisation

Before a technician can be dispatched, a credit card pre-authorisation must be completed. This pre-authorisation does not result in an immediate charge, but it confirms the availability of funds for potential service charges.
If a non-warranty issue is found, this card will be charged accordingly.
