Aus Kitchen Pro 30 Day Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, so at Aus Kitchen Pro, we believe it’s OK to change your mind. If you have simply changed your mind, you can return it within 30 days of shipping date.

• Where change of mind return is granted, any refund will be for the cost of the goods only and will exclude all related costs. A 10% restocking fee will be applied
• No refund will be given until we have received the product from you
• Returned Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in ‘as new’ resellable condition.
• It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely
• Refunds will be issued by cheque, EFT, PayPal or a credit to your account.
• To exchange, product must be returned inline with above agreements and will be refunded. Customer can then purchase the correct product.

Do not return any equipment without prior authority from Customer Service. Address returns as below. Ensure your name and original order id are on the return label.
